Professional Services Technical Consulting Manager

The APTARE Services team is looking for a Technical Consulting Manager to direct and grow the Services organization, define APTARE services offerings, and deliver first-class consulting services to APTARE customers and partners throughout the world. In this role you will be responsible for the full services project lifecycle, beginning with requirements gathering, scoping the services engagement and developing the statement of work, through hands-on delivery and project management of the implementation.

Travel is required, but some services can be delivered remotely after the initial software installation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Accomplished services consultant with 5+ years experience in technical consulting role and 1+ years of a management / team lead role
• Previous responsibility for scoping projects, developing Statements of Work and Project Management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical consulting team
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Software, UNIX and Oracle or other relational databases
• Highly analytical with ability to work with customers in a professional manner in high pressure situations

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Experience with Enterprise storage management, SAN management, data protection management (vendor proficiency in EMC, NetApp, HDS, IBM, and Symantec is desirable).)
• Proficiency in writing SQL reports
• Web technology experience (e.g. supported products utilizing Apache, Tomcat, HTML, Javascript, java)
• Oracle PL/SQL report development is a plus

Education:

• BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
