Senior Web 2.0 UI Expert

Our software engineering team is looking for a Senior Web 2.0 UI Expert to help architect, design and develop our feature rich, Web 2.0/AJAX based storage management products utilizing the latest tools and technologies. In this critical role you will become part of a motivated and talented team operating under Agile principles. You will have a passion for writing and designing the browser side of cutting edge applications that push the boundaries of what is possible in a browser. You will be a senior member of the team, and in consultation with the Solutions Architect, have control of the UI experience and technologies used.

Skills - Required

• Advanced OO Javascript skills.
  
• Strong understanding of DOM programming and cross browser issues.
  
• Strong HTML/DHTML/CSS with an eye for good looking design.
  
• Solid experience with the YUI library.
  
• Solid experience with AJAX applications and a good understanding of the principals involved in writing them.

Skills - Desired

• Exposure to alternative frameworks such as Prototype, Dojo, ExtJs etc.
• Exposure to server side java programming.

Education

• BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience required.
