APTARE’S PRESIDENT AND CEO TO PARTICIPATE IN PANEL AT DOW JONES ENTERPRISE INNOVATIONS CONFERENCE

Richard Clark to Discuss the State of the Storage Market with Other Distinguished Panelists

CAMPBELL, Calif. - July 10, 2007 -- APTARE®, Inc., a provider of web-based backup reporting and management software, today announced that Richard Clark, president and CEO, will be one of the panelists at the Dow Jones Enterprise Innovations Conference in Redwood City, California. The session will focus on “Business Backup: The State of the Storage Market.”

According to the session description, storing data isn’t what it used to be, and the rules and regulations for how long corporations must retain their data – not to mention how quickly they must retrieve it – are tighter. In addition, the methods for storing that data have also evolved as business data grows and enterprises adopt new technologies.

During this session, Mr. Clark, along with other panelists, will discuss the latest trends in the storage market, what business needs are driving customer adoption today and what new technology developments companies such as APTARE are focusing on to address this thriving industry.

“As storage grows at exponential rates, approximately 40-60% year over, enterprises face critical challenges in allocating and utilizing their storage today as well as forecasting future needs,” Clark said. “At the same time, corporations are held to higher standards of accountability when it comes to safeguarding their data, making data storage in the enterprise a top-of-the-mind topic when it comes to business continuity. I’m excited to be part of the discussion at this highly-acclaimed Dow Jones event to discuss these trends, and the emerging and cutting-edge technologies that will help enterprises address some of their storage issues.”
