APTARE APPOINTS NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF WORLDWIDE SALES

Nick Blozan to Lead Worldwide Sales for Web-based Backup Reporting and Management Leader

CAMPBELL, Calif. - October 8, 2007 -- APTARE®, Inc., a leading provider of Web 2.0-based enterprise storage reporting and management software, today announced the appointment of Nick Blozan as vice president of worldwide sales, reporting directly to president and CEO, Rick Clark. With over 20 years in the high-tech industry, and six years in the storage arena, Blozan will direct the global sales strategy including its channel and VAR partnerships and will lead the sales teams for APTARE.

Prior to joining APTARE, Blozan served as the senior vice president at 3Tera, Inc., a company specializing in grid and utility computing and the deployment and scaling of Web applications. At 3Tera Blozan was responsible for all operational and strategic worldwide sales and relationship management of channel partners and target customers. Previously, he held senior positions at leading companies such as OpSource, Inc. and EMC, leading the product management, sales, and marketing teams.
