The Site Operator makes every effort to protect your privacy. Our Privacy Guidelines detail our commitment to protecting your information, how we treat the personal information you provide us, and what choices you have.
1. We will never give out any information linking your real name to your screen name unless you authorize us to do so, or unless required to do so by law. We may, however, give your address to a third party for the specific purpose of prize fulfillment in connection with any promotion..
2. Advertisers and other partners do not receive any specific personal information.
3. The Site Operator will divulge your private information if required to do so by law. If served with a subpoena, search warrant, or court order, the Site Operator would provide the necessary information.

The servers for our site are stored in a physically secured and climate controlled off-site facility. While it is a goal of the Site Operator to safeguard all member and promotion participants' personal information, the Site Operator cannot ensure or warrant, the security of any information viewers transmit to us, and viewers submit such information at their own risk and absolve the Site Operator of any liability.
Promotion participants are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their usernames, passwords and /or any other account information.
7. The Site Operator logs viewers' IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, diagnostic, site tracking and reporting of aggregate usage information. The Site Operator does not link IP addresses to information identifying viewers individually.
The terms and conditions of this Participation Agreement are subject to periodic change at the Site Operator's sole discretion. As such, each user of the site ("Participant" or "you") agrees to review this Participation Agreement periodically.
By using the site, you signify you understand, and agree to be bound by, the terms and conditions of this Participant Agreement. If you do not agree to this Participant Agreement, please do not use the site.
